Bourbon update
Whelp, we are in about 4 weeks now and here is how we're looking...
The bourbon color hasn't changed much and I can't imagine it's going to get any darker really. If you look closely you can see flecks of wood from the charred barrel. Flavor-wise, it tastes like bourbon with an everclear finish. I'm hoping that harshness goes away in the next week or two. The only thing that will make this better is time.
